At Travelicious, we are committed to offering a smooth and customer-friendly experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling bookings and requesting refunds for our services, including travel packages, hotel stays, and transportation arrangements.

🔁 Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Below are our standard cancellation terms:

✈️ For Travel Packages:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Eligible for a 90% refund, excluding non-refundable costs such as flights and accommodations.
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: Eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 14 days of departure: No refund will be issued.

🏨 For Hotel Bookings:

• Cancellations depend on the terms and conditions of the hotel provider at the time of booking.
• Many hotel bookings are non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of check-in.

🚗 For Local & Outstation Travel Services:

• Car rental or ground transport services canceled at least 7 days prior are eligible for full or partial refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of service date are non-refundable.

💳 Refund Policy

• All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
• Refunds are issued after deducting applicable cancellation fees, platform charges, and non-refundable costs.
• No refund will be provided for “no-shows” or unused portions of services once the trip has started.
